This is a black Ibanez Jem.  I got this from my friend Lou in 2003.  It's likely the best of the bunch for pure tone through a clean amp.  If you run it through my amps (the Roland Jazz Chorus and the Fender Bassman 10) it really sounds nice.  You do have to get used to the wide neck which was designed to Steve Vai's specs (his fingers about two inches longer than mine) but once you do it is a really nice, fast guitar.  I recommend them to anyone.
